	Our Founder and Principal Consultant Mike Whelan has been helping people hate computers less, and use them more effectively for over 20 years. Career highlights include responsibility for multi-site data-centers controlling multiple car plants, managing data center relocation projects and developing a software system that took a $10M company to $1B over the 20 years since the program started operation. Yes, it's still in use today. But don't worry, all that tech background has not made Mike into an incomprehensible geek with a hermit's personality. After a hard day's work rescuing PC users in distress, Mike relaxes with grandkids or donates his time to helping Michigan's job market recover with CTSM. On weekends and some evenings you may catch Mike delivering seminars to teach parents how to make their computers family-safe.

	Q: Why won't you sell a PC? A: Those who sell an item have a vested interest in selling more of it. We'd rather help you keep your existing PC functioning longer. It's less costly for you, and less land-fill.
